It is expected that OLED panels will play an important role in small size, especially mobile phone applications. Qunchuang developed related products. OLED was previously made on glass, but now it is made on soft substrate.
He said that before Qunchuang, Tongbao Optoelectronics and Qimei Electronics 3-in -1, Tongbao had a group of people specializing in OLED panels, and Qimei Electronics also had a group of people doing it. Qunchuang will continue to develop OLED products.
When it comes to panel technology, he stressed that there was a gap between Taiwan and Japanese and South Korean manufacturers, but now the gap is very small. It is difficult to say how long Taiwan's advantage over Chinese mainland panel factories will last.
